Como já vos tinha dito, todos os anos em Outubro (e não só), faço uma visita a uma loja Douglas para aproveitar o desconto especial de aniversariante.

Comprei um champô com óleo de Argan da marca Diploma Professional. Diz na embalagem que é para cabelos extremamente secos, frisados e encaracolados.



O que tenho a dizer deste champô? É normalíssimo, não é mau de todo mas também não tem nada de especial. Serve para lavar o cabelo. É um pouco caro para os resultados que tem.

O que realmente gostei foi da embalagem. Não por ser bonita mas por ser prática. Acho sinceramente que todos os produtos para cabelo (e para banho) deviam vir com doseador.

As I've told you, every year in October (and not only), I visit a Douglas store to take advantage of the special birthday discount.

I bought an Argan oil shampoo from Diploma Professional. It says on the package that it's for extremely dry, frizzy and curly hair.



What do I have to say about this shampoo? It's quite normal, not bad at all but there's nothing special either. It's goodto wash your hair. It's a little expensive for the results it has.

What I really liked was the packaging. Not for being beautiful but for being practical. I honestly think all hair (and bath) products should come with a doser.

Hoje venho falar de acne. Algo comum durante a adolescência mas nem tanto em adultos (embora muito normal).

Então o que é o acne?

Today I'll talk about acne. Something common during adolescence but not so much in adults (although very normal).

So what is acne?

Não gosto de ir à cabeleireira. Não gosto mesmo, mesmo nada. Porquê? Por várias razões...

1º O tempo perdido. Perder 3 horas (ou mais) num só sitio, para arranjar apenas o cabelo é demais para mim.

2º Queimar o couro cabeludo. Acontece demasiadas vezes. Secar o cabelo sem o mínimo cuidado é mau profissionalismo, infelizmente é geral.

3º Conversa da treta. Não tenho a mínima paciência para este tipo de conversa. O pior são as perguntas sobre a minha vida às quais não me apetece responder mas sou "obrigada" para não ser mal educada.



O resultado é simples... Não me têm como cliente.

Há alguns anos, aprendi a cortar o cabelo a mim mesma, fazer depilação a mim mesma, e faço também a coloração em casa.

E pronto... assunto resolvido. Perco mais ou menos uma hora a cuidar de mim (sem "aturar" pessoas) em vez de três ou quatro numa cabeleireira/estetecista.

I don't like going to the hairdresser. I really don't like it. Because? There are many reasons...

1st The time lost. Losing 3 hours (or more) in one place, just to get the hair done is too much for me.

2nd Burn the scalp. It happens too often. Drying the hair without the least care is bad professionalism, unfortunately it's general.

3rd Meaningless talkI don't have the patience for this kind of conversation. The worst are the questions about my life that I don't feel like responding but I'm "forced" not to be rude.



The result is simple ... They don't have me as a customer.

A few years ago, I learned how to cut my own hair, to wax myself, and also dyeing my hair at home.

And that's it... problem solved. I spend an hour or so looking after myself (without putting up with people) instead of three or four in a hairdresser/esthetician.

These are two completely different shades of green.

Shaded Spruce: A shade of green that can be seen in the forest.



Golden Lime: This is an earth tone with a twist. The golden sub-tones of this color makes it a refreshing addition to the Autumn(Fall) classics.
